Arrive in Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh, and indulge in a traditional massage to ease the effects of jet-lag.  Be introduced to the local cuisine with a welcome dinner at one of the city's outstanding restaurants before retiring to your luxury hotel for the evening.

Take a walking tour of the capital's modern architecture which reflects the culturally and politically vibrant era of the mid-1900s.  Visit the city's palace and museum before enjoying an entertaining and enriching traditional performance of shadow puppetry and dance.

Travel to Siem Reap, the former capital of the once-mighty Angkorian Empire and home to the magnificent temples built by the ancient Khmer kings.  Over three days, you will explore these architectural wonders and unlock the mystery behind their construction and meaning.

During your time in Siem Reap, further immerse yourself in Cambodian culture with a visit to the Kampong Phluck floating village and with a private tour of the Angkor National Museum.  Try your hand at Khmer cooking with a half day culinary tour, visiting markets, learning about local ingredients, and preparing traditional dishes.  Venture out to the countryside to experience the local lifestyle and the techniques used to make Cambodia's fine silks and feast on delicious meals of international and local cuisines.

Day 1: Phnom Penh Arrival ( D )

Upon arrival at Phnom Penh International Airport, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel right in the heart of the city. Relax and unwind post-flight as you get pampered with a rejuvenating traditional Khmer massage at Amara Spa. This evening, indulge yourself in a delicious Khmer Welcome Dinner at one of Phnom Penh's best restaurants. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 2 - Phnom Penh ( B,L,D )

After breakfast at the hotel, depart on a Khmer Architecture walking tour that will take you on a fascinating discovery of Cambodian architecture from the late 1950s and 1960s, a culturally and politically vibrant time. After lunch, visit the remarkable National Museum and Grand Palace for further understanding of the Kingdom's illustrious history. Dine for a cause this evening with a fabulous meal at a charity-run restaurant and enjoy a traditional puppetry and dance performance.Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 3 : Phnom Penh - Siem Reap (B,L,D)

Fly to Siem Reap, a charming little city and the gateway to the majestic temples of Angkor. Visit the awe-inspiring Angkor Wat where intricate carvings and looming towers will leave you breathless. visit the enigmatic temples of Ta Phrom and Bayon as well as the smaller, but equally impressive, Banteay Kdei and Srah Srang. Diner with APSARA Dance Show.Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 4 : Siem Reap (B,L)

Learn more about Khmer cuisine with a half day cooking course. Under the guidance of a trained chef, visit the local market, buy traditional ingredients, and try your hand at preparing a variety of dishes. After feasting on your creations, Enjoy watching the sun set over the temples from a helium balloon which rises above the archaeological park before ending today with another delectable meal. Overnight in Siem Reap.
 

Day 5 : Siem Reap ( B,L )

Experience the unique lifestyle of the rural Cambodians with a boat trip through the floating village of Kampong Phluck and an excursion to the countryside. Enjoy sights of the flooded forests, floating houses, and rural scenes of oxcarts and rice fields. Visit crafts workshops and the silk center as well as the fascinating Angkor National Museum before dining on a delectable farewell dinner. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 6 : Siem Reap Departure (B)

After breakfast, the morning will be at your leisure to stroll around the markets or relax at your hotel before transferring to the airport for your onward flight.
